- New Construction – I know new construction better than most agents as I have worked directly with builders, can interpret construction plans, and understand the complex building process. I can help clients identify upcoming developments that aren’t yet listed for sale by researching those in the permitting pipeline. I can also help buyers discern the best builder to work with and navigate the many decisions when building a custom home.
- Relocating Buyers – Moving to a new town can be hard, but I try to help make the process easier by providing maps, videos, and local tidbits such as Patterson Road is actual F Road and 29 1/2 Road means that you are 29.5 miles from the Colorado/Utah border. Sometimes it isn’t feasible for a client to be in town for showings, inspections, closings, but with the use of online technologies I can make buying from out of town a breeze.
- Local Sellers – With a background in space planning and interior design, I can help Sellers narrow in on the items that they should change in their home before listing to maximize profits and shorten the days on market. I have a detailed marketing plan and have connections with many other agents that I use to get the word out about your home. I use high-quality photos, videos, brochures, and advertising to make my listings stand out.
