Independence Ranch is a residential neighborhood located in the Redlands suburb of Grand Junction within zip code 81507. The subdivision boasts around 250 homes that were built between 1997 and 2013. Independence Ranch is truly a jewel located only 4 miles from downtown Grand Junction and 7 miles from the town of Fruita.
