Redlands Village Subdivision
Established in 1965 the Redlands Village subdivision was finished being built in the 1980’s. There are approximately 285 homes that sit on spacious third to half acre lots. Homes range from 1500 to 4000 finished square feet of living space. The slogan of the neighborhood is ‘a better place to live’.
There is an HOA just for the purpose of irrigation water but there are no covenants that residents must abide by. The yearly HOA dues are around $260 year and go to the Redlands Village Ditch Company for irrigation. Students living in the Redlands Village neighborhood will attend Broadway Elementary, Redlands Middle, and Fruita Monument High School via bus.
