Saddleback Subdivision
The Saddleback subdivision is a small enclave of 14 ranch style homes next to the Tiara Rado Golf Course in Grand Junction. Most of the ranch homes have a brick facade and feature 2000 to 2700 square feet. The homes in Saddleback were built between 1993 through 1998. The neighborhood is nicely spread out with lots averaging a third to half acre. They have mature landscaping and views of the Colorado National Monument.
The homeowner’s association has covenants which allow for RV storage however, they must be under 8 feet and on pad located behind a fence. The HOA provides irrigation water for residents. Students living in Saddleback will go to Wingate Elementary, Redlands Middle and Fruita Monument High School.
