The purpose of the YourGrandValley.com is to provide useful information to local residents and potential homeowners looking to buy or sell real estate in the Grand Valley. The website was created by Eve Roberts a Colorado real estate agent who works as a REALTOR® for Your Grand Valley LLC.
As a REALTOR®, I receive a financial commission when I help clients buy or sell real estate. I may also receive a referral fee for referring out potential clients to other real estate agents.
The data relating to real estate for sale on this website comes in part from the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program of Grand Junction Area REALTOR® Association. IDX information is provided exclusively for consumers’ personal non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. All information Is deemed reliable but Is not guaranteed accurate.
Occasionally you will see contextual ads via Google Adsense on the site. I do receive financial compensation when you click on these ads. I do not endorse the products and services displayed on these ads, as it is out of my control as to what products and services are being displayed to the consumer. The compensation received from these click-ads do not influence the content, topics or posts made on yourgrandvalley.com.
The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely our own. However, as a real estate agent I am prohibited by law from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. I try to write accurate information with a hint of professionalism, but I am by no means a trained journalist. If you find inaccurate facts on the site, please let me know by filling out the contact form.
I love to receive comments on blog posts and social media posts, but I reserve the right to remove any negative or discriminating comments. I will try to post why a comment was removed, such as this: “This comment was removed due to inflammatory language that may be offensive to our readers and not reflect our company culture or values.”

It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. - When you become a client and fill out the Colorado Exclusive Right to Buy Contract or Exclusive Right to Sell, your data will also be shared with the brokerage firm, Your Grand Valley LLC as well as REALTOR® Eve Roberts. If we are unable to help you buy or sell a home and you agree verbally or in writing, we will share your name, phone number, and email address to another real estate agent so they can help with your real estate goals.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Lastly, we use MailChimp to help us send out newsletters or surveys.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTERS
If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, list of homes for sale, comparative market analysis, or other real estate agent service information, etc. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site.
